You guys we are so lucky to have Alanna on our team and all of her YUMMY recipe ideas! This one we know you will all LOVE and we are really excited to share it with you today.

Now that Winter is in full season Alanna wanted to try a new recipe, and this one did NOT disappoint. It was even featured on Eighteen25girls blog a few months ago.(Click here to to see the original post.)

Homemade waffle batter is just what her family needs and loves on these chilly Saturday mornings and this one is super yummy, not too sweet, not too dense, it’s just right. We hope you enjoy it, friends.

2 Cups all purpose flour
4 Tablespoons sugar( the original one I did asked for 3 Tablespoons but I tried 4 Tablespoons and liked it a lot more)
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
6 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine until well blended and smooth. Let batter sit 5 minutes.

Pour half a cup of batter onto the center of the waffle grill, close lid and cook until its golden brown.
Serve with fresh strawberries, syrup and whipping cream

with LOVE,

Alanna, Natalie,and Lyndsie
