We don’t know about the rest of you but here in Utah we are are being covered in SNOW! While we are grateful for the winter weather and think it is beautiful, it makes it kinda hard to venture outside. Being inside most of the day, we are try our best to be creative with our time.
So today we thought we’d share a yummy Egg & Ham on Avocado Toast recipe that is just plain good for the soul! It is a delicious choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is a family favorite in our homes.
Here’s what you’ll need…
1-2 slices of left over ham or you can get Black Forest ham cut thicker
1 slice wheat bread
1 avocado( pitted and smashed)
Toast and butter the bread. Cut, pit and smash avocado. Spray pan and cook egg to your liking. I love my eggs runny. Get another pan and heat up ham till it’s warmed up. While egg is cooking you can plate your toast and start building on it with avocado, hot ham, and top with egg. Finish with cayenne pepper and ENJOY!!
