Okay you guys we know many of you have made it a priority to be more healthy this year. One thing we totally get is, life is busy! Sometimes it can be hard to prepare a healthy meal, especially in the morning.
Well guess what!! Alanna has found a new favorite protein shake recipe and we are so excited to share it with you. It is PERFECT for an on-the-go meal in the mornings! It’s loaded with protein and will help you kick start your day the right way! Grab the recipe below and let us know what you think!
Blueberry Blackberry Banana Protein Shake
1/4 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh) I like mine frozen to make it more icy
1/4 cup of blackberries ( frozen or fresh)
1 cup of vanilla soy milk
1 5.3 ounce plain Greek yogurt 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed. Enjoy!!!!!
