Hi Friends, Lyndsie here!! Last week I was on the hunt for a simple and cute Valentine’s Day treat and came across an idea for the most delicious little treat. One taste and I instantly knew these had to be shared with you all. These little beauties are “Chocolate Dipped Wafer Cookies” and they are my new favorite. They are simple, inexpensive and can be decorated however you choose (we went with sprinkles and love them.)
We think these Chocolate Dipped Wafer Cookies would look so darling wrapped up to give to a school teacher for Valentine’s Day or they’d be so perfect for a quick but beautiful baby shower or birthday party treat. Or if you’re like us, you can just make them and eat them for no reason at all. Trust us, they are so so YUMMY!!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Chocolate Candy Melts
Sprinkles (or whatever decorative topping you prefer)
Follow the directions on the package in order to properly melt chocolate candy melts. Once chocolate is melted, dip one end of Wafer cookie into melted chocolate and the place a parchment lined baking sheet. Add your decorative topping and let them sit until chocolate hardens. And that’s it! We hope you love them!
