Hey Friends! Lyndsie here!
This year I have really tried to focus on being more positive. (Sometimes it can be quite the challenge…anyone with me on that?!?) Being more positive seems to be one of my resolutions every year but this year, I’m determined!
I found these cute 52 Week Gratitude Journals on Jane.com and couldn’t resist trying one out! And let me tell you, they are SO WORTH IT!
They have a place for each day of the week where I can write a few lines about what I’m feeling grateful for.
These allow me to condense my day into a few lines which is TOTALLY manageable and easy for me to stick to. It only takes me a few minutes too. Anyone can do it!
This journal has a full list of ideas on what you can write about in case you need a little help. This thing is literally forcing me to see the good in the world and see the positive things around me.
Today’s section went a little something like “I’m grateful for my coworker who gave me a PopTart when I forgot my lunch.” It’s the little things guys!
