Hey Friends, Alanna here. I dont know about all of you but I grew up eating lots of Zucchini and Yellow Squash at dinner time in the Summer so today I wanted to share with you a quick and super easy side dish you can add to any dinner and will love!
Sautéed Yellow Squash
2 medium yellow squash
1 tablespoon coconut oil or margarine
1/2-1 tsp. seasoning salt
Melt oil or margarine in a sautée pan. Add in sliced squash. Stir. Turn heat down and cover till squash starts to soften. Add the seasoning salt to taste and voila! A great summer side. Easy right?! What are you waiting for!? Enjoy!!!
